About This Game

Apocalypse Machines is a top-down mech shooter with deliberate, tactical combat that's both old-school and modern. Engage your enemies in a completely destructible environment, with a stunning yet readable visual style.

  • Unit SIPHON: You belong to Unit SIPHON, a special unit of Ultra-Class Mechs (UMs) that the world doesn't know exists. We have a beast for every imaginable infiltration scenario.

Choose your SIPHON wisely, master their many forms, and bring us combat data. I'm being honest here - they are all cutting-edge and experimental. I know you like to live dangerously, soldier.

  • The Stalking Vampire: You are expected to infiltrate military installations alone, without support. Whether you succeed or fail, the Empire will deny your existence. Worry not, your SIPHON literally recycles your fallen enemies. You are a one-person army.

  • Rewarding Old-School Mech Action: In an age where humans no longer trust AIs, automation is heavily restricted and pilot skill is all that matters. The technology is arcane, but the controls and engagement tactics are gloriously old-school.

The Universe - A Shattered Humanity

Two centuries ago, lured by the ever profits of war, trillionaires built sleepless machines of war powered by AIs on the scale of planets. The result - more than 12 billion lives lost, the historical spectacle of countries launching nuclear missiles towards their own capitals' data fortresses, and a shattered human civilization.

Ever since, we have The Law. No one in the galaxy would be stupid, despicable or desperate enough to break The Law. We have, however, reports of a small force of mechs marching entirely on their own. It couldn't be the Rebels. A traitor within the Empire? The Dictatorship?

You have to find out, covertly. By all means necessary.
