Ashfall Command is a real-time strategy game about building a fortified base, commanding specialized military forces, and launching coordinated attacks against an enemy doing the same to you.

Build your base across an isometric battlefield and decide how to use limited space and resources. Position missile launchers, anti-air defenses, bunkers, and other military assets where they can protect one another—and where losing them won't cripple your ability to fight back.

When it's time to attack, choose your forces, identify targets, and commit them to the operation. Launch long-range missile strikes, deploy Marines behind enemy lines, and coordinate attacks designed to overwhelm defensive positions. Once the order is given, the battle unfolds in real time through cinematic battlefield presentations that keep you close to the action without demanding constant unit micromanagement.

But the enemy is planning too.

Incoming attacks can interrupt your own operations, forcing your defenses to respond while missiles descend and enemy troops enter your territory. Anti-air systems intercept incoming threats, bunkers engage invading forces, and the base layout you designed becomes part of the battle itself.

COMMAND THE BATTLE

• Build and defend your base — Place military structures and defenses across terrain where positioning matters.

• Plan coordinated attacks — Select forces, choose targets, and decide how much of your arsenal to commit.

• Strike from above — Launch missile attacks against key enemy installations while defensive systems attempt to intercept them.

• Deploy ground forces — Send Marines into hostile territory by dropship to attack targets from inside the enemy base.

• Prepare for retaliation — Enemy attacks can arrive while you're managing your own base, turning defensive preparation into a critical part of your strategy.

• Command instead of micromanage — Make the important tactical decisions and watch your orders play out through cinematic real-time combat.

Every launcher you lose reduces your ability to strike. Every defensive position you neglect creates an opening. Every force you commit to an attack is a force you may need somewhere else.
