In the year 2247, humanity embarks on its first major interstellar colonization mission.

Shortly before reaching its destination, the journey ends in catastrophe. Only 50 people reach the alien planet Elyra. Critical data and navigation records are lost — including the coordinates of Earth.

Far from home, the survivors face an enormous challenge: rebuilding civilization on an unfamiliar world.

From 50 survivors, a new home must emerge. How far this civilization will one day advance is up to you.

Build Your Own Colony

Begin with 50 survivors, limited supplies, and a makeshift settlement.

Secure food and water, gather natural resources, and construct your first homes, production facilities, and storage buildings.

Build roads and supply networks, develop agriculture, and expand your infrastructure.

What begins as a small survival settlement is meant to grow, step by step, into a complex, self-sustaining colony.

You decide how to plan your settlement, which buildings to construct, and where to focus your growing economy.

The people of your colony are more than numbers in a population statistic.

Every individual is part of your growing community.

Your colonists carry out tasks, gather resources, transport materials, construct buildings, and work in your production facilities.

Organize workplaces, assign responsibilities, and consider the needs of your population.

Observe daily activities from the strategic colony view or experience life on Elyra up close through first- and third-person perspectives.

Your decisions determine not only which buildings are constructed, but also how your colony actually operates.

An Economy Where Everything Is Connected

In VALTERION, resources, storage, production, transportation, and labor are closely interconnected.

A felled tree does not simply turn into an abstract number in your inventory.

The log must be collected and transported. Production buildings require resources that must physically reach their destination. Finished goods must then be stored or delivered to wherever they are needed next.

Plan not only your buildings, but also the routes connecting them.

Establish suitable storage facilities, organize your workforce, and develop production chains that grow alongside your colony.

From basic construction materials to increasingly complex products, a functioning economy forms the foundation of your civilization.

Explore an Alien World

Elyra is not another Earth.

This unfamiliar world has its own landscapes, vegetation, natural resources, and environmental conditions.

Explore your surroundings, discover valuable resource deposits, and investigate the properties of the planet's native environment.

At the same time, much of the original expedition's technological knowledge has been lost.

Through research, your colony is intended to gradually unlock new technologies, more advanced buildings, production methods, and essential infrastructure.

Every discovery opens up new possibilities for the development of your settlement.

Focus entirely on building and developing your colony over the long term.

This standalone gameplay path focuses on planetary development — without requiring space travel or the colonization of other star systems.

Colony building on Elyra is the primary focus of the planned Early Access release.

Galactic Expansion — A Path to the Stars

A larger development path is planned for the future, allowing your civilization to grow beyond Elyra.

Research spaceflight technologies, develop spacecraft, discover other planets and star systems, and establish new colonies.

As the game expands, interstellar trade, diplomacy, alien civilizations, and the management of your own fleets are intended to introduce entirely new possibilities.

Galactic Expansion is part of the game's long-term development vision and will not be included in the initial Early Access release.

Your colony on Elyra will form the foundation of both gameplay paths.

You Are Not Alone

If humanity one day ventures beyond the boundaries of its new homeworld, it may discover that the galaxy is far from empty.

The planned galactic expansion aims to introduce encounters with different intelligent species and civilizations.

Certain civilizations may command vast interstellar empires. Others have never left their homeworld.

For some, encountering humanity could even become their first contact with an extraterrestrial civilization.
