About This Game

Guildfire is a turn-based tactical roguelite about leading a party from a growing adventurers' guild through dangerous expeditions. Choose your route, read enemy intentions, build each hero for the run, and decide how much risk the Guild can afford before the final battle.

CHOOSE THE ROAD AHEAD

Each expedition unfolds across a branching map within a single biome. Fight regular enemies and elites, take your chances in events, spend hard-earned gold in shops, or recover at campfires.

Safer paths preserve the party. Riskier ones may give you the tools you need to defeat whatever waits at the end.

FIGHT WITH A PLAN

Enemies telegraph what they are about to do. Turn that information into a plan using cooldowns, shields, status effects, Momentum, and each adventurer's unique mechanic.

Guildfire's battles are built around readable threats and tactical responses: know what is coming, then find the best way through it.

BUILD A PARTY FOR THIS RUN

New abilities and accessories reshape your characters over the course of an expedition. Strengthen synergies, cover weaknesses, decide who receives each reward, and spend your limited resources carefully.

The build you create belongs to that run, so every expedition asks you to adapt again.

GROW THE GUILD, NOT THE NUMBERS

Guildfire has no traditional levels or experience points. Permanent progress expands your possibilities instead: unlock new adventurers, destinations, abilities, accessories, events, encounters, and more.

A growing board of milestones tracks what the Guild has achieved and reveals new objectives, giving you new reasons to return to familiar places under different conditions.

WIN, LOSE, LEARN

Not every expedition ends in victory, but failure does not have to mean wasted time. Discover enemies, resolve events, uncover pieces of the world, complete unusual milestones, and return to camp with new knowledge and new possibilities.
