About This Game

Every tower defence asks you to stop what is coming. Reversed asks you to wear it down instead — and then hands you the other side of the board.

Build a defence that grinds

Attackers do not get blocked. They ricochet, and every bounce takes something off them. A block that sends an attacker into a long detour is worth more than a block that merely stands in its way, so a good layout is not a wall — it is a shape that keeps things bouncing.

You get twelve blocks to start and two more each wave, drawn from ten shapes: squat anchors that soak, long beams that deflect, pylons to wedge into a gap. Blocks wear out and break. The ground they held stays claimed.

Read the colours

Four elements — fire, poison, frost and shock — and every attacker is its own. Blocks wear the colour of the element they shrug off, so a layout can be read for its matchups from across the arena. Ten cards turn up as offers between waves: reinforce what is standing, chill the field, shatter a cluster, or bank more of what the wave is paying.

Ten lives, fifteen waves, and a multiplier that climbs to ten times while your base holds.

Then the run reverses

Survive all fifteen and the layout comes back — every block you ever placed, at full health, including the ones the waves took apart. This time you are the ball, the base has one life, and you have three nudges to steer with mid-flight.

You spend an entire run building something. Then you find out whether you can break it.

Between runs

Everything earned converts into cores. Cores buy block shapes, unlock cards into the pool your offers are drawn from, open ranks on the upgrade tree and pay for nine ball skins. A run ends; what it unlocked does not.
