What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We're a very small team without a dedicated QA department, so we plan to use the community as a core feedback loop throughout development. Early Access lets players get hands-on with the game early, and gives us real player feedback to help guide balancing, content, and features as we build toward the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 1 year”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to primarily expand on content rather than core systems: more enemies, weapons, vehicles, and overall variety. Core gameplay mechanics are largely in place already and should see only minor tweaks and balancing rather than major changes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build is our Steam Next Fest demo. A slice of the full game showcasing core combat, weapon modification, and vehicle systems. We plan to move into a full Early Access release following the Next Fest demo period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to keep pricing free during Early Access and raise the price with full launch as we add content. Fury Drive will remain a one-time purchase with no in-game purchases throughout”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to ship monthly patches, paired with a community Discord and YouTube channel where we break down what's new in each update. We'll use Discord directly to gather player feedback on what needs adjusting or rebalancing.”
