Hollow Flesh is a psychological horror game set in a psychiatric hospital. It contains realistic violence, blood and gore, corpses, and depictions of death. The story deals with mental illness and grief, and includes references to and depictions of suicide. Sudden frightening imagery and body horror appear throughout.
