PILOT THE ULTRA MECH, THE DIRECTORATE'S MOST FEARED AND RESPECTED WEAPON

Ultra Mech Directorate is a sci-fi rogue-lite that combines high octane action with a customizable skill and weapon system. Mix and match guns, skills, turrets, and items to create a build worthy of the Ultra Mech, then unleash it upon The Directorate's foes without mercy. 

THE MISSION: RESTORE GLORY AND STABILITY TO THE DIRECTORATE

Blast down to battle-torn planets and eviscerate enemy factions while heroically rescuing brave marines from enemy imprisonment. You can choose to have them fight by your side and aid in the run, or you may send them home to allow further unlocks in later runs. Each marine has a name, and their fate is in your capable guns.

CREATE THE MOST ULTRA WEAPON SYSTEM IN THE GALAXY

THE SKILL SYSTEM:

• SKILLS: Find skills of varying rarity and apply them to the skill socket that is best for your build (attack, dash, retaliate, etc.). The skill operates differently depending on the socket. 

• BOOSTERS: Add up to 3 of any skill to already-socketed skills via the booster sockets to further customize the socketed skill (missile added to fire, lighting added to turret, turret added to missile, etc.)

• TURRETS: There are 4 sockets reserved for mounted auto-turrets. There are varying types of turrets. Turrets can also be modified by skills and other turrets. 

• ITEMS: In addition to skills, find weapon, armor, and movement items with random stats and rarities, then boost them with skills and turrets. Be on the lookout for the coveted ultra unique items! 

UNLOCK AND CUSTOMIZE THE ULTRA MECH

• Mix and match the guns you unlock for unique passives that change each gun

• Each gun has a unique alternate-fire capability

• Select a mech body with unique stats, skills, and passives

• Choose the mech locomotion system that suits your movement style

• Be bold (or brash) and modify your base movement speed, gun damage, and/or health amount to increase luck

• There are persistent base-stat upgrades between runs

• Snail shops with random one-time modifiers can also be found in each run. These modifiers do not take up any sockets and an infinite amount can be bought and applied to the Ultra Mech

• 4 unlockable mechs with accompanying locomotion systems

• Fully customizable skill, turret, and item system in each run

• Mix and match guns for unique passives and modifications

• Rescue marines to aid in combat or send home for unlocks

• Command and upgrade the marines. They can be given vehicles

• Collect data cubes to unlock more story and lore each run

• Talk to the commander of the ship
