About This Game

Boom Crew is co-op minesweeper where you are the cursor. Every player is a little sapper standing on the grid. The numbers never lie: they count the mines around you exactly like the game you remember, except now you are standing on them.

  • Step on a cell to reveal it. Step on a mine and you fly. Your friends laugh, then one of them has to walk over and revive you.
  • Plant flags in your own colour. A wrong flag is still a wrong flag, and the chord will find it under your feet.
  • A blast knocks down everyone in its 3x3, so keep your distance from the hero who "definitely knows this one".
  • Classic mode: clear the board together. Turn on classic rules and one mine ends it for everyone.
  • Endless mode: the board grows ahead of you and the dark closes in from behind. Keep moving.
  • Local co-op for 1-4 players, keyboard and mouse or gamepads.

Some of the artwork in Boom Crew was created with the help of generative AI image tools. This covers character and object sprites, ground and paper textures, the game logo, and the capsule art on this store page. Every generated image was directed from hand-drawn mockups, then cut out, corrected and assembled by hand before it shipped. Code, level generation, on-screen text and audio contain no generative AI content, and nothing is generated live while you play.
