About This Demo

Gravefire Tavern is a roguelite backpack auto-battler that blends tavern management, spatial buildcrafting, and expedition survival. Keep the only tavern with a pale hearth alive at the edge of a cursed border, recruit adventurers, prepare their equipment, and follow the clues left by your missing brother.

The backpack is not storage. It is a battle machine.
Every Gravefire-touched item responds to position, adjacency, and connection. Arrange weapons, shields, bottles, and tools into combinations that trigger one another. Every slot you commit before departure may decide whether the party makes it home.

Run a tavern that remembers everyone
Recruit adventurers with different backgrounds and traits. Assemble a party of three, choose their formation, and prepare their loadouts. Manage the warehouse, training ground, infirmary, blacksmith, and graveyard so that every resource, wound, and lesson from one expedition strengthens the next.

Search, fight, and extract before everything is lost
Enter a borderland where roads, relics, and memories refuse to stay in place. Claim temporary loot, reorganize backpacks, and decide whether to push deeper, challenge a powerful enemy, or retreat with what you have. Only equipment that survives the return through the Gravefire truly belongs to the tavern.

Death is not the end
Adventurers can be wounded, retire, or die permanently, but their graves, histories, and traces remain. The previous party brings back brands with their lives. The next party follows those brands farther into the border.
