The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

HyperION includes a limited collection of pre-generated audio production assets created during development using Suno Sounds. These assets consist of short loops and individual one-shot samples intended for music production and sound design.
The assets were created by the developer using the developer's own Suno account, downloaded prior to release, manually reviewed and curated before inclusion in the product.
HyperION does not use generative AI to create content while the application is running. No live generative AI service is integrated into the Steam edition.
HyperION's Piano Generator, Drum Generator and Song Starter Composer are procedural, rule-based systems implemented in application code. They combine predefined musical rules, user-selected parameters and controlled variations and do not use generative AI models.
