Proč předběžný přístup?

„God's Call Warlords combines a story-heavy visual novel with tactical battles and a strategic campaign. Early Access lets us continue building the larger war while getting feedback on combat, balance, campaign systems and usability from people actually playing them.

The goal is not to release a small prototype and figure out the game later. Version 0.1 already establishes the world, characters and core gameplay, Version 0.1 is expected to contain over 200 script pages, representing roughly 6–8 hours of visual-novel story content alone, before accounting for tactical battles and the strategic campaign.

Early Access is where we expand from that foundation.“

„We currently expect Early Access to last around 12–18 months, although this may change depending on development progress and player feedback.

We would rather adjust that estimate than rush the main campaign simply to meet a date.“

„We plan to substantially expand the main campaign beyond Eshyem and the opening conflict, eventually bringing the war, characters and strategic campaign across all five kingdoms.

Future development is planned to include additional story chapters, regions, battles, commanders, character events, relationships and mature scenes, alongside continued improvements to tactical combat, the strategic layer, balance, presentation and overall polish.“

Co v tuto chvíli nabízí předběžný přístup?

„Version 0.1 will launch with three story chapters: Chapters 0, 1 and 2.

Chapters 0 and 1 form the foundation of the story, introducing the main cast, world, Mana, Eshyem's conflict and the game's core systems while naturally serving as the opening tutorial. Together, these chapters currently contain approximately 40,000 words across 154 script pages.

With Chapter 2 included, the launch script is expected to exceed 200 pages.

The Early Access release will include visual-novel storytelling and character events, tactical turn-based battles, the strategic campaign layer, resource and army management, Mana abilities and the beginning of the wider war.

Version 0.1 will also contain at least 10 explicit adult scenes, alongside the game's romance and relationship content.

The game is playable in its current form, but the overall story and world campaign are not yet complete and will continue expanding throughout Early Access.“

„The Early Access price reflects the amount of content available at launch.

The price may increase as substantial new chapters, regions, characters and gameplay content are added.

Any planned pricing changes will be communicated in advance but a 15% increase is highly likely when the game is complete.“

„Player feedback will be particularly useful for the parts of the game that are difficult to judge without a larger number of players:
Tactical balance
Campaign pacing
Resource management
Difficulty
UI clarity & bugs.

We'll follow feedback through the Steam Community Hub and our Community Discord Server and game updates, using it to identify problems and improve existing systems as development continues.

Feedback will help us refine the game, but the core story, characters and overall direction of God's Call Warlords will remain developer-led.“

God's Call Warlords contains explicit consensual sexual content between adult characters, including full nudity, visible genitalia, oral sex, intercourse and depictions of sexual fluids.

The game also contains strong language, fantasy and military violence, blood, graphic injuries and depictions of death. Its story deals with war, civil unrest, espionage, imprisonment, loss and other potentially distressing situations, all characters depicted in sexual situations are adults and all sexual relations are consensual.

The game currently contains pre-generated visual artwork created with the assistance of an internally developed generative AI system. This may include certain backgrounds, CG illustrations, secondary visual assets, and other placeholder artwork used during development.

All AI-assisted artwork is selected, reviewed, edited, composited, and integrated into the game by the development team before inclusion.

The game does not generate AI artwork or other AI content dynamically during gameplay.

Where financially viable, I would like to progressively replace AI-assisted placeholder artwork with commissioned artwork as development continues. This is a development goal rather than a guaranteed release commitment, and the extent of replacement will depend on the game’s commercial performance and available development budget.
