[Story Background]

In the face of relentless waves of aberrant creatures, the Earth Allied Defense Front has committed nearly all its combat forces—yet the frontlines continue to collapse. With the Global Urban Defense Grid still weeks away from full deployment, the only remaining option is to deploy the last intact Dragoon Unit.

Players will take command of this elite squad of maid mecha兵士 (maid-type combat androids) on the outskirts of the city. Supported by overwhelming rear-echelon firepower, you must construct makeshift defensive lines using the terrain to hold back the tide of mutated enemies—buying precious time for the urban defense grid to establish its initial protective capability.

[Gameplay Overview]

Maid Mech : Backpack TD is a strategy game that blends modular backpack management​ with grid-based path tower defense.

At the end of each wave, players acquire functional modules of various shapes. By strategically assembling and expanding these modules on a 14×7​ battlefield grid, you gradually build your own layered defense system. Once the formation is complete, the mecha units deployed on the grid will automatically engage enemies advancing along predetermined paths.

Set against a modern warfare backdrop infused with a distinctive maid-and-mecha aesthetic, the game's core unit roster covers a wide range of tactical roles—offering deep strategic planning while delivering satisfying real-time action for tower defense enthusiasts.
