You are the producer.

Signing a trainee is just the beginning. After that you need lyricists, composers, and choreographers. You need to build a company that can actually produce music from scratch. And when you finally get that first single out the door, there are eleven other labels already on the chart waiting for you.

But the hardest part isn't running the company. It's the people.

Every trainee has a path they want to take, a temper you'll learn about, and one thing they'll never budge on. She asked for a week off — you filled her schedule with appearances. She said she wanted to help write — you went with someone else's lyrics at the greenlight. She remembers all of it, and the next time you open a conversation, you'll know.

You can put her on variety shows and music competitions, a dozen-plus episodes at a stretch. Good results build a reputation; the right positioning makes it stick. You can also treat her as a pure business investment — but she won't treat you as just a boss. Relationships can turn romantic. Romance won't make her easier to manage, won't put extra money in your pocket. It only changes the way she talks to you, and what you'll have to deal with next.

The AI produces conversation text based on each trainee's personality, history, and the player's management decisions.
