For the Bartolo brothers and their empire, vertical integration is the name of the game. Earning coins from your customers allows you to purchase real estate to upgrade your restaurant. Each building you purchase upgrades the brothers, their business, or their employees. Purchase enough buildings and you can leave the city for the world and beyond!
