About This Game

Hammer, Upgrade, and Push Your Luck

Unlucky Swordsmith is a casual game about upgrading swords and pushing their value higher and higher.

Succeed, and your sword becomes more valuable. Fail, and it shatters into pieces.
How far you push your upgrades before selling is up to you.

Upgrade Your Sword

Hammer your sword to fill the upgrade gauge and attempt higher upgrade levels.

Sell now and lock in your profit, or risk it for an even more valuable sword.
The higher you upgrade, the more you stand to lose.

Failure Still Has Value

Fail an upgrade and your sword shatters, sending fragments flying around it.

Collect the fragments, melt them down in the furnace, and turn them into resources for your next attempt.

Improve Your Smithy

Use the resources you earn to upgrade your smithy.

Make upgrading more efficient, increase the value of your swords, and keep pushing toward higher upgrade levels.
