A macro management simulation of an IT firm. You don’t micromanage every employee — you steer sales, managers, and engineers as factions, watch cash, reputation, and management points, and grow the company through contracts, staffing, and services.

**Three ways to make money**

- **Contracts** — Bid on projects, assign staff, and deliver. Weigh fail risk and parallel limits.

- **Staffing** — A steadier income pillar. Fill client slots within tech and capacity caps.

- **Services** — Develop and go live for recurring revenue and tech growth.

**Balance inside the company decides everything**

Use pay bands, privileges, and policy to manage faction unrest and growth. Cultivate outsource partners to cover shortfalls — but lean on them too hard and reputation suffers.

- **Tutorial** — A short training guided by Misaki

- **Free Play** — No clear condition; register on the local ranking at the 10-year mark

- **Scenarios** — Timed goals such as “Black SI Revival” and “Exit SES”

This game uses pre-generated AI content. Some character art, key art, and Steam store graphics were created with generative AI image tools and then selected, cropped, and composited by the developer. English and Simplified Chinese text (in-game localization and store copy) was drafted with generative AI and then reviewed and edited. The game does not use live AI generation during gameplay.
