OpenSheet 3.5e SRD is free, and stays free: every source book, the full rules engine, character creation, levelling, the browsers, the DM tools and the encounter runner. The free edition builds two characters.

This unlock removes the limit and opens the rest — in place. There is no second app to install and nothing to move; the characters you have already built are exactly where you left them.

WHAT IT UNLOCKS

Unlimited characters — build a whole party, a stable of NPCs, and every idea you want to try out.

Saved DM content — the monster builder, encounter builder and treasure tables all work in the free edition. This is what lets you keep what you make: monsters, encounters and rosters that are still there next session.

Full Sheet and PDF export — the printable character sheet, and a filled PDF to take to the table.

Stronghold Builder — design a keep room by room and price it against the book's own tables, with staff, walls and running costs.

Homebrew authoring — write your own feats, spells, equipment, races and classes as real PCGen source files, and use them on any character. Anything you have already written keeps working either way.

Art Studio — attach your own portraits and scenery to characters, campaigns and session logs.

Virtual tabletop export — send a finished character to Foundry VTT with its scores, skills, classes and feats already filled in.

The app works entirely offline. There is no account, nothing is uploaded, and every rules value comes from the bundled data on your own computer.

Some decorative artwork shipped with the app — background scenery, ornamental frames and navigation glyphs — was pre-rendered with an AI image tool during development and ships as static image files. All rules content, text and numbers are transcribed from the published books and the bundled PCGen data.
No generative AI runs at any point while the app is used. The app makes no network connections and requires no account or API key.
