About This Content

This free DLC adds a "High Quality (Chinese)" translation tier to Game Overlay Translator.

It installs a compact on-device AI translation model (approx. 1.3 GB) that runs locally on your GPU. Nothing is sent to the cloud — translation stays fully offline, exactly like the base app.

What you get:
  • Noticeably more natural Simplified and Traditional Chinese translations
  • Much better handling of long texts, story dialogue, and item descriptions
  • Same real-time overlay workflow — just switch the quality setting
How to enable: install this DLC, then in the app settings choose Translation Quality → High Quality (Chinese).

Requirements: a GPU with Vulkan support and about 1.6 GB of free VRAM. If the model cannot start, the app automatically falls back to the standard offline engine.
