About This Content

This free DLC ("High-Quality Chinese Pack" — the name stays the same for now, but it is the same DLC and now covers more languages) adds a "High quality (AI)" translation tier to Game Overlay Translator.

It installs a compact on-device AI translation model (approx. 1.3 GB) that runs locally on your GPU. Nothing is sent to the cloud — translation stays fully offline, exactly like the base app.

Supported pairs: English to Chinese, Japanese or Korean, and Japanese, Korean or Chinese to English.

What you get: ・Much better Korean translation for short interface labels, which the standard engine often mangled ・Noticeably more natural Japanese and Chinese into English, fixing unreadable output for katakana and Korean words ・Same real-time overlay workflow — just switch the quality setting

How to enable: install this DLC, then in Settings choose "High quality (AI)" as the translation engine.

Requirements: a GPU with Vulkan support and about 2 GB of free VRAM. If the model cannot start, the app automatically falls back to the standard offline engine.

Already own this DLC? It is the same one — name unchanged, no re-download needed. It now also translates into Japanese, Korean, and English, not just Chinese.
