You wished to know this world intimately. Distantly, through stories and legends, you were graced with the dream to roam. But that was not to be. Or so you thought. 

26 years of your life spent in one place. Until the world began to crumble around you. 
Will you take up the mantle and stop this crisis?

In this world, in order to keep themselves and the people around them safe, certain individuals have learned to use the art of the 4 Truths and become a master Humorist. 

Sanguinity, given to us by the mirthful Goddess Gwyn, allows those who study it to command blood itself. Weak to intense and angry emotions, casters of the Sanguine arts practice good health and the healing of others, and are optimistic that a brighter future awaits us all. 

Melancholy, bestowed upon us by the withdrawn Deity Ela, supplies more than just despair to the folk who live and breath that blackest of bile. To know Melancholy is to practice caution and pensivity. Their dark hatred for all things bright is a double edged sword however, as they are uniquely weak to acts of true kindness. 

Cholericism, handed to us by the ever passionate God Eric, gives those who wield it a never ending boldness, a jolt like no other. Their courage and envy lead to a great deal of fighting. Those who study it beware though, you must be stalwart and unending with your pursuit, lest you be crushed by the weight of your own irrelevancy. Choleric masters too are weak to that nihilistic instinct to give up on it all. 

Phlegmaticism, somehow gained from the lethargic and "never-present" Deity Peggy, is oft ignored by the wider world. While applications of said power come with a strong devotion and sensitivity, the feelings of passivity and disgust usually overwhelm the user, and lead to a life of decay and inert inactivity. That same sensitivity is however their weakness too, as most can still be moved to action by devastating sadness.

Explore the Temples of each of these Deities, gain the power to fight back against the monsters that stand in your way, and discover reasons behind the plot to vitrify the entire world at the whims of a broken heart.
