Reel Risk is a co-op horror fishing game where you and up to 3 friends (4 persons) head out into a dystopian ocean world where the fish are strange and the creatures are stranger.

The job is simple: leave the dock, catch fish, come back. Unfortunately, your boat is held together by a prayer, your gear breaks as soon as you look the other way, and some of the fish have clearly been through something… or someone. Keep everything running, meet your quota, and try not to think too hard about what you just pulled out of the water.

The longer you stay out, the more your sanity slips, the stranger things get. Keep your head together after everything you've seen, which is why, naturally, you need something to take off the edge. Heal up with a relaxing smoke, boost your luck with a few beers, and take your meds, because you swear you're seeing things that just aren't there. 

After dark, things get worse. Encounters get more dangerous, and you start hearing things. Weird things. Things that make you wonder if fishing is really the career for you. Too bad you don't have a choice. Maybe it's nothing, maybe it's all just a trick of the mind. but deep down you know it’s probably not.

Catch more than your quota and you get paid. Spend it on upgrades so you can go farther out, catch better fish, and protect yourself. Find brand new ways to have a bad time. Or stock up on fresh cigarettes. The choice is yours!

Before you leave, get prepared. Beer makes you luckier, cigarettes make you healthier (in game only), and the ‘good stuff’ makes you fast. Don't overdo it though. The ocean is already trying to kill you.
