About This Software

Your channels, movies, and series in one place

Orymessa is a media player for Windows and Linux. Connect an Xtream-compatible account or a remote M3U playlist you are authorized to use, then browse the content offered by your source. The interface is designed to be readable from a distance and easy to navigate with a controller, keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen.

Find something you want to watch

Browse dedicated TV, Movies, and Series sections, search by title, and narrow the list using your source’s categories. Explore available seasons and episodes while the catalogue and artwork load progressively.

Your favorites and watch history

Create named favorite lists that bring channels, movies, and series together. Use watch history to find something you watched recently. Delete individual entries, clear the history, or turn it off in settings. For compatible movies and episodes, playback progress is stored locally so you can pick up where you left off.

Built-in playback, controls within reach

Watch in a window or in full screen. On-screen controls let you pause, adjust or mute the volume, change channels, or seek within a compatible movie or episode. Select the audio and subtitle tracks available in the media. When your source supplies EPG data, view programme information while watching live TV.

Make yourself comfortable

Customize keyboard shortcuts and controller bindings. On-screen prompts follow the input device you used most recently. Choose a dark, light, or system theme. Name your saved sources and restore the last validated source at startup. Sensitive credentials are protected by the operating system’s secure vault; Orymessa includes no telemetry.

A player, not a TV subscription

Demo mode lets you try the player with a fictional catalogue and a test video used with permission. No commercial channel package, movie catalogue, or TV subscription is included. Content, categories, programme information, tracks, and seeking capabilities depend on your source and media. You must have the necessary rights to use them. Orymessa does not bypass DRM, regional restrictions, or providers’ connection limits.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Generative AI tools assisted with interface translations and the preparation of store descriptions and visual assets. Orymessa does not generate content with AI during use and does not connect to an AI service.
