Reaching branch‑operation goals will potentially unlock high‑grade office furniture, exclusive building appearances and generous gold rewards.

2. Planned Branching Workplace‑Event Gameplay
A library of random workplace events is expected to be added. Players may encounter team‑building activities, project crises, employee resignations, difficult clients and other unexpected scenarios. Each choice could affect staff morale and company reputation. Reputation levels may unlock special endings, and certain decisions might unlock hidden characters.

3. Planned Employee Relationship & Bond System
Observe interactions among staff. Employees may form bonds such as friendship, rivalry or secret crushes. Teammates with positive relationship bonds could gain work‑efficiency bonuses. Hostile staff assigned to the same department may continuously reduce work output; players can re‑assign positions to resolve conflicts.

4. Planned Multiplayer Office Versus Gameplay
Online multiplayer may be supported. Players can visit each other’s companies. Competitive matches could allow you to send special NPCs to cause workplace trouble, such as slacking off or shifting blame. A co‑op mode may also be available, where two players jointly manage one large shared office.

5. Planned Item Workshop System
Players may unlock a workshop with gold coins to craft a variety of whimsical workplace items. Besides the existing Big Black Cauldron, craftable items might include slacking‑off drinks, overtime notices and comfort gift packs, used to harass opponents or soothe demoralized employees.
