In Cleandows XP, you work as a PC cleaner, taking on the messiest desktops around. Choose your clients, review each job’s requirements, and bring order to their digital chaos—preferably without deleting anything important along the way.

Sorting files into folders isn’t as easy as it sounds. Filenames rarely tell you anything useful, so you’ll need to open and inspect photos, documents, memes, and programs. It’s the only way to tell whether you’re looking at a family photo, an important report, yet another cat meme, or a suspicious file you probably shouldn’t have opened in the first place.

Every client has their own story, their own requirements, and their own idea of what “organized” means. Some simply don’t understand how folders work. Others keep files on their desktop that you’d rather not ask about.

Sometimes, a routine cleanup turns into a full-blown computer disaster. Viruses lock up the system, ransomware demands payment, and suddenly you’re thrown into unexpected code-breaking minigames. Fix the problem and get back to work before you hit your fatal-error limit.
