Explore the city, confront rival organizations, and decide how each corner will be handled. Pay respect, fight for control, or walk away and deal with the consequences.

Every captured corner becomes part of your expanding operation—but territory without protection can quickly be lost.

Run the Operation

Hire and manage dealers, runners, muscle, and other members of your organization.

Keep your dealers supplied, collect their earnings, improve their skills, and assign the right people to each location. A poorly managed corner can run out of product, lose money, attract police attention, or fall back into enemy hands.
