«The core workflow already works: build a character from options or from your own
photo, adjust colours, edit details, remove the background, and export game-ready
files. That part is ready for real use - and it is exactly the part we most need
honest feedback on.
Character art is subjective. Which art styles matter, which races and classes
people actually use, how close a likeness needs to be before it feels like "you" -
these are not questions we can answer alone in development. Early Access puts the
tool in front of the game developers, TRPG players and creators who will actually
use it, and lets their feedback decide what gets built next instead of us guessing.»

«We plan to be in Early Access for roughly six to twelve months.

This is a one-person studio building the tool outside of a day job, so we would
rather give an honest range than a date we cannot keep. If that estimate changes,
we will update it here rather than quietly let it slide.»

«We plan to develop in three directions:

More content - additional art styles, races, classes, so
the same workflow covers a wider range of characters.

Deeper editing - more reliable facial feature editing, and expression and angle
variants that keep the same character recognisable across every image. Consistency
is the hardest problem in this kind of tool and it is where most of our effort will go.

Wider access - more interface languages.

We are also exploring sprite sheet export for animated character actions, but that
depends on how well pose consistency works in practice. This is the direction we
are working in, not a promise of specific features or dates.»

«The full core workflow is usable today. You can build a character from structured
options or from your own photo, adjust hair, clothing and skin colours, edit facial
features locally, generate expression and angle variants, remove backgrounds, browse
and restore earlier versions, and export transparent PNGs at game-ready sizes.
Everything runs locally on your own PC and works with no internet connection.

What is not finished: consistency across expression and angle variants is still
being improved and will not always keep a perfect likeness; some editing tools are
still uneven in quality and are hidden or marked experimental; the range of art
styles is limited at launch; and the interface is available in English, Simplified
Chinese and Traditional Chinese only.

An NVIDIA GPU with at least 8 GB of VRAM is required. AMD and CPU-only modes are
not supported yet.»

Будет ли разница в цене до и после раннего доступа?

«The Early Access price is lower than the price we plan to set for the full release.
We plan to raise it gradually as more art styles, content and features are added,
so buying during Early Access will always be the least expensive way to get the tool.»

«We will read and reply in the Steam community discussions, and post development
updates there as work lands.

Feedback on output quality matters most to us: which styles look right, which
options are missing, and where results fall short of what you expected. We plan to
use that to prioritise what gets built next - and to say clearly when something is
not going to happen, rather than leaving requests hanging.»
