Is it safe to max out the power on an AI robot… with a certain history of hostility?
Of course. If there were any real risk, someone would have reported it. Also, “hostility” is a strong word. We prefer terms like operational enthusiasm, tactical initiative, or unsolicited operator-assistance protocols.

Were any problems reported during testing?
Officially: no.
Unofficially: yes, there were reports.
Administratively: those reports were filed, the files were misplaced, and the people who knew where the files were… also misplaced.

Can anything bad happen if you dramatically overpower an AI robot with offensive capability?
