About This Demo

Both managers draw the next minute. Then the pitch runs it.

Five a side. Twenty-four phases. Walk, sprint, dribble, pass, shoot, cross. You tap a man, draw the line, hit Play. So does he. If you do the same thing twice, he will be standing in the passing lane.

This demo is a preseason and the first matchdays at your club. Eight players. A board that wants promotion. A weekly plan that trades XP for tired legs. Enough club to feel the job. Not the whole career.

I built the match I wanted when I was shouting at the other one: not a film, not a spreadsheet. We-go football. You are the brain. The grass is paper. The other manager is watching.

Draw the phase

Orders first. Resolution second. No chasing the ball with a stick. You commit, they commit, the minute happens. A pass that worked last phase is a tackle this one if they read you.

Five on the ground

Not eleven. Eleven simultaneous is a meeting. Five is a fight you can still hold in your head. Keepers in the box. A clot in the circle. One ball.

Then you run the club

Drills. Fatigue. A trait on the keeper that actually changes a save. The inbox will wait. The pitch will not.Football is easy only on paper. This is the paper.
