Descend into the Underhold. Recover what was lost. Make it back alive.

RUINSEND is a first-person extraction dungeon crawler set beneath the abandoned frontier settlement of Hollowreach.

A generation ago, every expedition into the ancient Underhold disappeared. The settlement fell silent, its people scattered and its history was buried beneath the earth.

Now, you are the first adventurer willing to descend.

Prepare your equipment at Camp, enter procedurally assembled dungeon levels and explore dangerous handcrafted rooms filled with enemies, traps, resources, treasure and forgotten secrets.

Every movement and committed action advances dungeon time. Enemies react as you explore, making positioning, preparation and careful decision-making more important than fast reflexes.

The deeper you travel, the greater the rewards—but everything carried during an expedition is at risk. You must decide when to keep pushing forward and when to return to the entrance and extract.

Die in the Underhold and your expedition’s loot and equipped gear are lost.

Escape successfully and your backpack returns with you to Hollowreach, where recovered resources, equipment and relics can strengthen future expeditions and help rebuild the settlement.

Explore a Changing Dungeon

Each expedition assembles handcrafted encounter rooms into a new dungeon layout. Discover hidden passages, unlock sealed chambers, navigate environmental hazards and descend through increasingly dangerous regions of the Underhold.

Previously visited floors remain changed during your expedition, allowing you to backtrack through opened doors, defeated enemies and looted rooms.

Choose Risk or Survival

Better equipment and rarer resources wait deeper underground, but every additional room places your expedition at greater risk.

Leaving alive is a victory.

Greed is the danger.

Rebuild Hollowreach

Use successfully extracted resources to restore the ruined settlement and bring its specialists home. Reconstructed facilities unlock new services, equipment, supplies and ways to prepare for future expeditions.

As Hollowreach grows, the discoveries brought back from below begin to reveal what caused The Silence—and what the ancient Wardens were truly protecting.

Build Your Adventurer

Find weapons, armour, tools and unusual equipment with different properties and affixes. Identify mysterious items, manage hunger and status effects, discover hidden curses and adapt your loadout to the dangers ahead.
