Hetero-Genesis is a 2D deep-sea action roguelite. Choose a starting species, graft organs onto your creature, and survive with the body you build. Every new part can change your next fight; losing one can change it again.

Graft your next advantage

Combine venom glands, electric organs, shells, and other body parts. Weigh a new organ's ability against the synergies it can unlock, then choose where it belongs on your body. Build around poison, electricity, protection, or a combination of your own.

Keep your body together

Your organs are more than a list of bonuses. Vital parts can be damaged or broken, disrupting the synergy you depend on. Move through incoming threats, use your abilities, and adapt when your strongest combination stops working.

Choose how you evolve

Survive waves and bosses to reach new evolutionary choices. Deepen your species' instinct, graft traits from another ecology, or take a different mutation path. Each decision changes what your next build can become.

A different dive, a different body

Try different species origins and organ combinations. Unlock new starting options through progression, then add Abyss difficulty and deep-dive contracts when you are ready for more pressure.
