Сообщение от разработчиков

Почему ранний доступ?

«PRISMBLOOM is already a fully playable roguelite with a complete Garden Cycle,
boss encounters, permanent progression, and an optional endless mode. We are
using Early Access because the heart of the game is its large web of interacting
weapons, pigments, cards, enemies, and economies. Player behavior and feedback
are especially valuable for finding which combinations feel exciting, which
choices are unclear, and where balance or pacing limits experimentation.

Our goals during Early Access are to refine run balance and pacing, expand the
variety of viable builds and encounters, improve onboarding and quality of life,
and strengthen long-term progression without turning it into a simple power
grind. We are committed to continuing development, reading and responding to
feedback, publishing clear update notes, and seeing PRISMBLOOM through to a
stable and complete 1.0 release.»

Сколько примерно эта игра будет в раннем доступе?

«We currently expect PRISMBLOOM to remain in Early Access for approximately 12
months. That estimate may change as we evaluate player feedback and the scope of
the improvements needed for 1.0. We would rather adjust the schedule openly than
leave Early Access before the game's balance, stability, onboarding, and content
variety meet our goals.»

Чем планируемая полная версия будет отличаться от версии в раннем доступе?

«The full version is planned to build on the complete run structure already in
the game. Our priorities include additional cards and build interactions, more
encounter and boss variety, further Boss Relics and starting options, broader
challenge and progression goals, and continued improvements to balance,
onboarding, accessibility, performance, interface clarity, audio, and visual
feedback.

We also plan to use Early Access data and community feedback to improve weak or
overly dominant strategies and make more combinations satisfying. These are
development goals rather than promises of an exact feature list; priorities may
change as the community helps us understand what will most improve the game.»

Каково текущее состояние версии в раннем доступе?

«The current Early Access build is fully playable, and all gameplay features
described in the **About This Game** section are implemented. Please refer to
that section for additional details.

Players can complete the five-wave Garden Cycle, fight one of three bosses,
choose a Boss Relic, secure a victory, and either end the run or continue into
the endless Overgrow mode, where another boss appears every fifth tier. Combat
features an autonomous six-weapon Crown, 12 weapon forms, seven pigment
identities, weapon upgrades and evolutions, grafted combinations, and 95 run
cards spanning Laws, Perks, Mutations, and Omens.

The current build also includes banked Bloom rewards earned through Threat,
temporary Dew used for six Run Upgrade lanes, rerolls and Dewworks services,
optional risk encounters, the Rush decision, permanent Gold and Workshop
progression, a progressive Skill Tree, unlockable starting options, ten Challenge
Levels, deterministic seeds and exact-seed replays, safe-boundary run resume,
controller support, accessibility settings, and detailed post-run statistics.»

Изменится ли цена игры после выхода из раннего доступа?

«We do not currently plan to change the price when PRISMBLOOM leaves Early
Access. The Early Access price reflects the substantial game available today,
and players who support development early will receive all updates through the
1.0 release. If this pricing plan changes during development, we will explain
the change and communicate it in advance.»

Как вы планируете вовлекать сообщество в разработку игры?

«We will use the Steam Community Hub, discussion forums, update posts, and patch
notes to keep players informed and gather feedback. We are particularly
interested in build reports, balance observations, unclear interactions,
accessibility and controller feedback, bug reports, and suggestions about run
pacing and long-term progression.

We plan to review that feedback throughout Early Access, explain meaningful
changes in update notes, and use both player reports and gameplay data to guide
priorities. Not every suggestion will fit the game, but the reasoning and play
patterns behind community feedback will directly inform balance, usability,
content priorities, and the road to 1.0.»

Об этой игре

Build a stained-glass war-flower. Break its rules. See how far it grows.

PRISMBLOOM is an automatic-combat roguelite engine-builder about assembling a six-weapon crystalline Crown in the middle of a hostile garden.

Enemies advance along six curling paths. Your Crown chooses its targets and fires automatically. You decide what weapons it grows, which colors they carry, how their effects connect, and whether the resulting machine becomes elegant, efficient, or completely unreasonable.

Every defeated enemy creates Threat. Earn enough and you bank a Bloom—a free card choice that waits until you decide to open it.

Add another weapon. Rank up one you already have. Make one color trigger another. Rewrite a global rule. Mutate a weapon into a new behavior. Accept a dangerous bargain. Then return to the battle and watch the consequences spread across the entire garden.

Every Crown starts small.

The best ones become difficult to explain.

BUILD AN ENGINE, NOT JUST A STAT SHEET

PRISMBLOOM’s upgrades are designed to trigger, repeat, convert, and compound.

A Blue effect can trigger Green poison and roots. Every root can release Purple chain lightning. Critical hits can start their own electrical storms. Poison kills can feed your Dew economy. Marks can absorb burning damage before they burst. One color can activate the next until the entire Crown becomes a self-sustaining loop.

Build with:

  • 12 distinct weapon forms

  • Seven mechanical color identities

  • 84 weapon-and-color combinations

  • 115 curated engine cards

  • Cross-color Laws

  • Global Perks

  • Weapon-specific Mutations

  • High-risk Omens

  • Branching weapon upgrades and final forms

  • Grafts that join neighboring weapons

  • Boss Relics that continue evolving across victories

The strongest builds do more than increase damage. They create systems that generate attacks, statuses, currency, shields, critical hits, and additional triggers faster than the enemy can contain them.

BUILD A SIX-WEAPON CROWN

Every weapon occupies one of six sockets around the Heart.

Fire precise needles, launch delayed seed pods, grow orbiting familiars, hold beams on priority targets, strike entire lanes with rings and fans, spread clouds of poison, throw returning Prismarangs, stitch enemies together, or drill into a boss until the whole engine overheats.

Weapon placement matters. Neighboring colors create seams with additional effects, while grafts combine two weapons into a driver-and-payload pair.

Specialize in one reliable tool or fill every socket with a different piece of machinery.

MAKE EVERY COLOR MATTER

Each pigment has its own combat identity:

  • Yellow creates Dew and rewards a thriving economy

  • Pink stores damage in marks before releasing it in delayed bursts

  • Blue slows advancing enemies

  • Red burns targets and spreads fire when they fall

  • Green poisons enemies and periodically roots them in place

  • Purple chains damage through nearby targets

  • White releases volleys carrying multiple colors

Build a monochrome Crown around one dominant behavior, connect complementary colors, or assemble a full spectrum where every effect starts another.

Your garden might become:

  • A poison engine that feeds on rooted enemies

  • A recursive storm of marks and lightning

  • A fortress of shields, control, and knockback

  • A rapid-fire factory powered by kills

  • A held-Dew economy that grows stronger the longer you resist spending

  • A six-color reaction that never seems to finish

GROW AT YOUR OWN PACE

Each run begins with one Opening Bloom before entering the Continuous Garden.

Survive five finite waves and a multi-phase boss. Auto Next keeps the garden moving after each visible transition, or you can turn it off and start the next wave when you are ready.

Ordinary wave clears never force another card or shop visit. Banked Blooms wait for you. Run upgrades, services, and risks remain optional.

During the run, temporary Dew can be spent on:

  • Six uncapped Run Upgrade lanes

  • Card rerolls

  • Heart repairs and shields

  • Individual weapon damage, speed, and critical improvements

  • New weapons and recoloring

  • Socket swaps and weapon grafts

  • Reward forecasting

  • Other deterministic Dewworks services

Open the live build drawer while the battle continues, reinforce a weak Crown, or save your Dew for effects that scale with how much you hold.

When you want more pressure, Rush the current wave to pull additional enemies into the garden immediately and earn bonus Dew if you survive.

TAKE RISKS WITHOUT STOPPING THE RUN

Optional one-wave risk offers appear during the Garden Cycle.

Accept a dangerous modifier for an additional reward or dismiss it and keep moving. Empower elites, accelerate the assault, compromise your defenses, or bet that your engine can handle a sudden change in the rules.

These decisions never block the garden. The run continues because you chose to push it—not because an intermission demanded an answer.

DEFEAT THE BOSS. THEN DECIDE.

Clear the five Garden Cycle waves and face your selected boss.

Bosses introduce phases, reinforcements, telegraphed attacks, and mechanics designed to expose weaknesses that ordinary enemies could not. Defeating one secures the victory and grants a Boss Relic.

Then choose:

End the run, bank your permanent Gold, and visit the Workshop.

Or continue with the same build into Overgrow.

Overgrow is an endless post-victory challenge built from four escalating ordinary tiers followed by a recurring boss on every fifth tier. Each defeated boss offers another Relic and another chance to continue.

The original victory remains secured.

Everything after that is about discovering when the machine finally breaks.

GROW BETWEEN RUNS

Dew belongs to the current run. Gold survives.

Invest permanent Gold across six uncapped Workshop lanes covering weapon power, attack speed, Heart, critical chance, Dew production, and defense. Every five ranks reaches a new milestone that strengthens the lane and unlocks additional possibilities.

Account progression also expands:

  • Starting weapons and colors

  • Guided build packages

  • Advanced run configuration

  • Boss and Boss Relic choices

  • A persistent Skill Tree

  • Ten disclosed Challenge Levels

  • New cards and services

  • Bloomarium discoveries

  • Build-defining permanent rules

The Bloomarium records every weapon-and-color combination you successfully bring to life, along with discovered cards, defeated bosses, and Boss Relics.

Permanent progression provides both new possibilities and lasting power. Later runs begin with more options—but still demand a coherent engine.

LEARN FROM EVERY CROWN

Detailed results explain what happened.

Review average and peak DPS, largest chain, waves cleared, Overgrow tier, Dew earned and spent, rerolls, services, permanent Gold, top damage sources, progression gains, records, and the event that finally broke the Heart.

Then decide what comes next:

  • Retry the same build with a new deterministic seed

  • Replay the exact same setup and seed

  • Return to setup and grow something completely different

Death is not the end of a build.

It is the moment you understand what it was missing.

DESIGNED FOR “ONE MORE RUN”

PRISMBLOOM combines the readability of automatic combat with the decision-making of a roguelite and the compounding growth of an incremental engine-builder.

Features include:

  • Automatic six-lane combat

  • A six-weapon customizable Crown

  • 12 weapon forms and seven pigments

  • 84 weapon-and-color discoveries

  • 115 synergistic engine cards

  • Laws, Perks, Mutations, and Omens

  • Voluntary banked Blooms earned through Threat

  • Temporary Dew and permanent Gold economies

  • Live Run Upgrades and Dewworks services

  • Optional risks and wave rushing

  • Multi-phase bosses and evolving Boss Relics

  • Endless Overgrow with recurring bosses

  • Permanent Workshop and Skill Tree progression

  • Ten escalating Challenge Levels

  • Detailed build and post-run statistics

  • Deterministic seeds and exact-seed replays

  • 1×, 2×, 3×, and 4× game speeds

  • Mouse, keyboard, and controller support

  • Accessibility and presentation controls

  • Reactive visuals and music that intensify with the engine

Build something elegant.

Build something excessive.

Then take it into Overgrow and find out where it ends.
