What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Guild Management Simulator already has a playable core management loop, but player feedback will be extremely valuable as development continues. Early Access will help improve progression pacing, party composition, mission difficulty, the economy, and overall usability. The goal is to develop the game alongside its players and focus future updates on the areas that matter most to them.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Guild Management Simulator is currently expected to remain in Early Access for approximately 12–18 months. This is only an estimate and may change depending on player feedback, development progress, and how the game’s scope evolves.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand upon the existing management experience with more missions and events, deeper progression, additional customization and upgrade options, improved balance, better onboarding and accessibility, and greater overall polish.

The exact scope may evolve during Early Access as player feedback helps determine which areas of the game would benefit most from expansion.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version contains the complete core gameplay loop. Players can create and customize a guild, recruit and equip adventurers, assemble parties using different combat roles, undertake expeditions, manage resources and injuries, make decisions, and develop their guild through progression and upgrades.

The game is playable as an offline single-player experience, although content variety, balance, interface clarity, and overall polish are still being developed. Players may encounter bugs, balancing changes, and occasional changes that affect existing save files.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Guild Management Simulator is planned to launch at a lower Early Access price that reflects its current amount of content. The price is expected to increase when the game leaves Early Access as more content, features, and polish are added. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Player feedback will be collected through the Steam Community Discussions, reviews, bug reports, and responses to development updates. Patch notes and announcements will be posted so players can follow the game’s progress.

Feedback regarding balance, progression, interface usability, bugs, and desired content will help prioritize updates. While it may not be possible to implement every suggestion, recurring issues and commonly requested improvements will receive particular attention.”

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Guild Management Simulator began as an AI-assisted prototype. Generative AI tools were used during early development to assist with portions of programming, written game content, interface copy, design iteration, and the current Steam marketing artwork. All AI-assisted material is pre-generated and reviewed before inclusion. The game does not generate content while running, connect players to an AI service, or send player data to an AI system. The long-term goal is to replace AI-assisted material with original, developer-created work as the project is rebuilt in a dedicated game engine.
