Hire & Manage Your Staff

A college is nothing without a hardworking staff team. Hire and manage the staff required to run a successful, fully functioning, and profitable campus. Hire a President to lead the university, and hire specialized staff to keep your students satisfied, educated, and on track.

Embrace the Chaos (Or Embrace Profits)

Want to cause a little mischief? Turn on gameplay challenges to test your management skills. Forget academic ratings. If you're purely driven by profit, you can cut corners and cause total campus chaos. Just make sure to hire a lawyer to keep corporate from taking action against you!
