Brilliante Photo Viewer is the one viewer you need to open all your photos.

The photo viewer that came with your PC gives up the moment you hand it something interesting — an iPhone HDR shot, a RAW file, a 3D photo, a 360 panorama. Brilliante opens all of it, and shows it the way it was meant to look: HDR in full brightness, wide gamut in full color, stereoscopic and panoramic photos in real depth. One viewer for every image your phones, cameras, drones, and headsets can make.

Note: HEIC decoding requires the HEIF Image Extension and HEVC Video Extension from the Microsoft Store. Motion Photo decoding may also require the HEVC Video Extension. The HEVC extension is included free with some PCs, but some might require purchase from the Microsoft Store.  Other extensions from Microsoft might be required.
