Broken Front is a platoon-based World War II tactical wargame that brings the feel of a classic tabletop game to your screen.

You command infantry, tanks, mortars and anti-tank guns across carefully designed battlefields. Positioning, terrain, line of sight and timing matter more than fast reactions.

Each unit represents a platoon. Battles unfold on a hex grid and focus on clear rules, tactical decisions and the feel of a traditional board wargame brought to the computer.

Use forests, towns, hills, rivers and bridges to your advantage. Dig infantry into defensive positions, obscure enemy lines of sight with mortar smoke, disrupt enemy units with indirect fire and launch infantry assaults when the moment is right.

Reinforcements can arrive during a battle, changing the tactical situation and forcing both sides to adapt their plans.

Units do not simply lose health. They can become Disrupted, Reduced or Destroyed, forcing you to adapt as the battle develops.
