How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will feature improved/optimized gameplay based on Early Access feedback and performance. In addition, there will be at least two more levels, each with their own cast of enemies, storyline and soundtrack. Four more weapon types will also be available, and some will have synergies. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access includes the full story, with 7 levels across 3 different regions, a variety of enemies and power-ups and meta-upgrades. It's been thoroughly tested for functionality, but there may always be less obvious issues that I haven't noticed yet. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No - it will always be a low price”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I would love to hear directly from the community about the game. This is my first game and I have plenty to learn, but am a big fan of bullet heaven games and am hoping to hear from others about how to make this one really fun and have good replay value. I will make it a goal to reply directly to all feedback I receive (provided it's civil and constructive).”

About This Game

Once, you were a pretty chill wizard, facilitating agriculture for the local farming folk. Then a bad wizard showed up, out-blasted you, and cursed you to the earth.

Now you've been reborn as a mighty ear of corn - and you can't stop until you've had your vengeance.

Cornmaster's Fury will take you from down on the farm to up at the top of the ancient tower, where you will face your destiny.

Along the way, face down hordes and hordes of enemies, from the silly to the extremely silly. Gain strength as you go, amass a corn-based arsenal - and maybe an ally or two - and purchase meta-upgrades in the shop between runs, to make sure you can survive the trip. And when you're done, give it another go on Hard Mode... and try to beat out other Cornheads to get on that leaderboard!

The main saga is here in Early Access, but keep an eye out for more levels, enemies, upgrades and even some prequel/sequel content! Much like an Iowa field in late April, you're only getting more corn from here.

It's a bullet heaven with maize, plain and simple... enjoy!
