This is Eclipse — a hell the gods built to torment sinners for eternity.

You are Loxus, once one of them. Betrayed, judged, and cast down.
Cut down the three Goddesses of Fate. Tear open the throat of Wodas, the highest god.
Betraying the gods is the only way out.

A top-down survivor action game that ends in 30 minutes

Your weapons fire at the nearest enemy on their own. What you control is where you stand, and what you become.

• 30 minutes per run — when time runs out, the Eclipse comes and drags you back
  
• Three choices on every level up — among the skill cards, a companion herself may appear
  
• Return your soul at any time — end the run on your own terms and convert your record into more Souls
  
• Built for 1000+ enemies on screen — object pooling, spatial hashing, and Burst-compiled movement

Save them, or subjugate them. How you recruit decides how it ends

Others fell here for the same reason you did.
Eleven women who did good and were betrayed, framed, and branded heretics for it.

There are two ways to make them yours.

• Resonance — talk them into it. Expose the lie the gods wrote, and win them to your side
  
• Dominion — beat them down in a duel. "Stay on your knees. ... You're mine now."

A companion taken by force joins you inside a coffin and cannot fight until revived at the church.
She is never permanently unlocked, and will not appear in later runs.
In exchange, she ignores your party limit entirely.

And when the last god falls, how you gathered a full party decides which of three endings you get.

• Gate of Merciful Light — for a full party where no one was forced
  
• Throne of Black Chains — for a full party where no one was spared
  
• Wandering the Eclipsed Moon — for everyone else

Four axes of progress that outlive your death

Levels, skills and companions reset every run.
But what you carry out stays with you.

• Souls — buy 11 permanent upgrades: health, damage, dodge charges, even game speed
  
• Awakening Orbs — job evolution per character. Rank up and the weapon itself is replaced (12 characters x 4 tiers)
  
• Unlocks — anyone you saved through dialogue appears in future level-up choices
  
• Vessels — field chests raise your party limit up to 12

The four are independent. Fall short on one, and you can still push through on another.

Walk hell. Haggle. Raise the dead

There is more than combat. All 19 areas connect into one continuous hell, and exploring it makes you stronger.

• Negotiation — haggle with merchants and clergy. Compatibility with the companion you bring changes the outcome
  
• Revival — fallen companions become coffins. Pay the price at the church and they come back
  
• Trials — hold your ground where enemies keep spawning to earn Awakening Orbs
  
• Vendettas — every companion has the boss who put her here

Killing god is not the end

Beat the final boss and descend "into a deeper world."
Every world level makes enemies tougher and deadlier — and lifts the caps on your permanent upgrades.
The loop never has to end.
