Drive or Die is a vehicular combat game set during a zombie apocalypse. The core gameplay involves killing large numbers of zombies by running them down with a weaponized car and shooting them with mounted firearms.

This includes frequent depictions of violence against undead enemies, realistic red blood, blood splatter on the environment and the player's vehicle, corpses, and ragdoll dismemberment on impact. Violence is directed exclusively at fictional zombies.
