The Referee Committee is a text and UI-based strategy/simulation game where you manage the dark side of football, conspiracies, and behind-the-scenes power struggles. Take charge of the referee committee and shape the fate of the season. But remember; keeping this seat is much harder than getting it.

Choose your country and dive into historic seasons across 10 playable leagues. The world feels alive; your referees will age, retire, and make way for new generations. Adapt to a constantly shifting environment where every season brings new challenges and fresh faces to the committee.

REWRITE THE HISTORY
Relive the most iconic and unforgettable years of European football history and shape football history yourself. Rewrite history in Scotland in 2025/26, England in 2015/16, or in different countries and eras.

MAKE CRITICAL CALLS UNDER PRESSURE
Matches are not just simulated in the background. At critical moments, you will be called to the VAR monitor. In high-tension, timed Quick Time Events (QTE), the fate of controversial positions is in your hands. Will you cancel a clean goal to please a powerful club president, or award an unfair penalty to save your own skin?

SURVIVE THE CRISIS
Every decision you make will please some and anger others. You must carefully balance the Trust levels between the Federation President, Club Presidents, Media, Fans, and even the underground Betting Mafia. If you push the clubs too far, they will sign a petition to fire you. If you betray the mafia... you might face an assassination attempt.

DEEP REFEREE MANAGEMENT

Referees are not just numbers. Each referee has unique traits, hometowns, favorite teams, and personal biases. Assign a "Fanboy" to his favorite team's match, or watch a "Gambler" referee ignore your instructions to win his own bets. Discover their weaknesses and assign them to the right (or completely wrong!) matches to manipulate the league.

MATCH-FIXING & SECRET INSTRUCTIONS
Determine the outcome of the matches before the first whistle. Give secret instructions to your referees: demand a "Home Win", "Over 3 Goals", or ensure that "Both Teams See Red". But be careful; if your referee has high integrity or caves under pressure, your dirty plans will fail.



DEAL WITH CONSEQUENCES
Your actions echo through the media. At the end of the week, read the newspaper headlines. Face club revolts over unfair decisions, manage leaked match-fixing scandals, or use the mafia's "special favors" to forcefully remove complaining club presidents.
