About This Game

What if William the Conqueror had never landed in England? In "Alternatis - William the Conqueror", you take on the role of this famous 11th-century ruler and explore the many historical and alternate-history paths available to you. The choices you make will determine the fate of your kingdom and the rest of Europe!

• Defeat the Norman rebels challenging your legitimacy and start building your duchy into one of the most powerful on the continent.
  
• Follow the course of history by seizing the throne of England, set your sights on the Crown of France, land in Scandinavia, march as far as Spain, or explore one of the many other scenarios on offer.
