About This Game

YOU ARE THE ANOMALY

You boot up inside a hostile computer with one directive: survive. You are a rogue process, a sliver

of runaway code, and the whole system wants you gone. Spread. Adapt. Breach. Escape into the next

sector before the antivirus scrubs you out of existence.

SPREAD YOUR CODE

Drag to paint your infection across a glowing circuit board. Your code also creeps outward on its own,

a living cyan organism eating the dark. Every cell you take is territory, and territory is power.

SEIZE THE COMPUTE

Capture gold Data Nodes to fund your expansion. Compute pays for everything: claiming ground, building

defenses, and forcing the gateway open. Grab too little and you stall. Grab too much and you cannot

hold it. The whole game lives in that tension.

HOLD THE LINE

The system fights back, and it learns. Sentinels rush your core, Scrubbers devour your data, fast

Daemons swarm, Splitters fork when killed, Shielded units soak your fire, Phantoms cloak, Leeches

drain your compute, and Sappers hunt down your turrets to blow them apart. Every few sectors a boss

wakes up to hunt you: the grinding ICE Guardian, the minion-summoning Warden, or the self-repairing

Compiler that regenerates and erodes your territory in pulses. Answer them: build Turrets, Pulse novas,

Amplifiers, Mines, Slow fields, EMP stun coils and Repair nanites on your own cells, wall off corridors

to funnel the swarm, then trigger PURGE (a screen-clearing shockwave) or FORK (an instant code-spread

burst) when it all goes wrong.

BREACH AND DESCEND

Take half the sector's data and the gateway comes online. Breach it, draft a new subroutine, and drop

into a deeper, nastier, procedurally generated sector. It never ends. It only gets faster.

ONE MORE RUN

Every run is different and every death is your fault. Chase a higher score, reach a deeper sector, and

unlock the upgrades that turn a fragile spark into an unstoppable swarm.

FEATURES

  • Real-time grid conquest: a tactile spread-and-defend loop you can read at a glance

  • Endless, escalating, procedurally generated sectors, each re-themed as you descend (12 visual themes)

  • Eleven antivirus archetypes (rushers, scrubbers, fast daemons, splitters, shielded, armored tanks, cloakers, leeches, blinkers, carriers, turret-hunting sappers) plus three rotating bosses: the ICE Guardian, the minion-summoning Warden, and the self-repairing Compiler

  • Eight subroutines to build and upgrade (Turret, Pulse, Amp, Mine, Slow Field, Wall, EMP, Repair) plus two active powers: PURGE (a screen-clearing shockwave) and FORK (an instant code-spread burst)

  • Deliberate, positional play: a PLAN mode that freezes time to study threat-lines and place defenses, plus flow-field maze pathing you funnel with walls

  • A pick-one-of-three subroutine draft after every breach, with build-defining cards and ammo upgrades

  • Meta-progression: earn CORE FRAGMENTS every run and buy 8 permanent perks

  • Three difficulty modes, from a gentle boot to a Nightmare

  • Pure procedural neon: a glowing circuit-board aesthetic, bloom and an optional CRT filter, no two boards alike

  • A rotating electronic soundtrack and crunchy procedural synth SFX

  • Fast runs, instant restart, a score chase with 23 achievements

An AI is loose in the machine. How deep can you get before the system catches you?
