- This DLC replaces eight story scenes of the base game NULL DUN with fully explicit (R18) versions.
- Explicit sexual acts between tentacle creatures and adult female characters, depicted through event CG artwork and dialogue. The scenarios are non-consensual: the heroines are captured and restrained by the tentacles. Content includes restraint, forced sexual acts, impregnation/oviposition themes, and full nudity.
- Genitalia are partially obscured with small censor bars (Japanese style).
