Design Your Shop

Start with an empty room and build it out: shelves, display cases, a counter, tables for the players. Lighting, posters, painted minis under glass, clean tables: every detail shapes your shop's appeal and decides who walks through the door. Build the nerd-culture haven players keep coming back to.

Step Behind the GM Screen

Become the game master and run living roleplaying sessions at your own tables. Guide your players through branching stories where every choice matters. Roll the dice, react to your group, and shape an adventure that runs differently every time. Fantasy realms, far-future galaxies, creeping cosmic horror: the world is yours to run.

Rent Out Tables

Groups come in to play. Set your table rates, keep the space clean, and turn your floor into a buzzing hall of adventurers.

Stock the Shelves

Order miniatures, dice sets, rulebooks and accessories. Unpack the boxes, get everything onto the shelves, and decide what earns its place: stock what your regulars actually buy, and don't tie up your cash in what sits. Price it smart and keep the bestsellers where customers see them first.

Paint Your Own Stock

Pre-painted miniatures cost more to order, and sell for more. So buy them bare, sit down at the painting station, and keep the difference. Your brush, your margin. As the shop grows, hire a painter to keep the display case full while you work the floor.

Work the Register

Open the doors and serve every customer yourself: scan the items, take the cash, count out the change, keep the line moving. Some know exactly what they came for, some want a recommendation, some just came to browse the shelves. Every sale funds the next order.
