What do you get? An image of the pile of bread. A version of the endgame cutscene without credits. And instrumental  BGM from the game, along with the final song, with ability to use it as you see fit (including your own projects). 

Nothing more. So only buy this if you want to support the creator of the game!

The bonus content will appear in your game folder, in a folder called "Pile_of_bread". If not, right-click on the game in your library, select "DLC" and check the box.
