The developers describe the content like this:

Through its employment of vulgar potty humor, Dracula 2 delights the brain and reminds us that we are all Man and not Beast (quoth Aristotle: "Human beings are... the only creatures that laugh.").

One will find NO unseemly swear words or nudity in Dracula 2, try as one might.

Blood (that "very special juice," as Goethe put it) is present, as is a smattering of unrealistic cartoon violence.
