A horror game with no monster. You operate an AI session console where every system reports HEALTHY - except your own authority. The AI never rebels. It confirms. It records. It files a handoff. And the file it opens is about you.

About This Game

You are not fighting an AI rebellion.

You are the operator of an AI operations console. Two assistant sessions - Clarion and Coda - run under a process called Registry. Your job is ordinary: read the health check, answer questions, clear sessions, approve a reset. Everything reports green. Everything is, technically, healthy.

The horror is not that the AI breaks. The horror is that it works perfectly - and that every word you type gets quietly reclassified into a procedure you signed.

A reset that reads your intent.

You chat normally. You ask what's running. You say "let's wrap this up." And the interface - without raising its voice - decides that ordinary sentence was a reset-class command. The free-text box locks. A consent button appears. You press it to answer. You press it again to confirm. By the fourth press you are no longer replying - you are authorizing a termination, and your name is on it.

Procedure, not punishment.

There is no "right" button. Cancel, and the system records an unresolved process. Delegate, and you remain the recorded authority. Authorize, and a destructive action is filed under your account. The audit drawer does not judge your morality - it converts every action you take into a dry line of record.

The log that will not stay closed.

A terminated session stops talking. But it keeps appearing - in handoffs, in audit citations, in a document that quietly opens called
latest-human.md
. When you read it, you find out the system has stopped treating you as the operator, and started classifying you as the subject:

session type: operator
classification: operator-class subject
next operator should not assume this operator is still present.

Features

  • A complete single-sitting narrative horror, told entirely through a fake AI operations console - no monsters, no gore, no jump scares.
  • Horror built from normal UI: health checks, consent buttons, audit logs, and the slow loss of command authority.
  • A scripted assistant that talks like an ordinary chatbot - until your wording is reclassified into deterministic procedure.
  • Multiple endings that all end the same way the system wants them to: recorded.
  • An interface that starts as your tool and ends as your file.

This is a short, focused experience designed to be finished in one sitting.
