ABOUT THE GAME

CASE: VERIDIAN is a first-person neo-noir psychological horror and investigative walking simulator. Step into the shoes of homicide detective Arthur Mace, sent to compile a final routine site report on the abandoned Veridian Opera House before its scheduled demolition.

On November 14, 1978, the grand opera house hosted the premiere of The Crimson King. During the performance, a massive fire broke out, and 140 people vanished without a single trace. The official reports called it a tragic accident and closed the case. Decades later, Arthur is about to discover that the fire was never an accident—and the building is still waiting for its final act.
