Idle Agency is a single-player idle RPG about assembling a squad, growing a headquarters, and turning every setback into long-term progress. Recruit heroes, arrange formations, prepare the right gear, and send your team on its next commission. Your agency keeps working even while you are away.

【Build Your Team】

Collect more than 120 distinct heroes. Each hero has a fixed skill set and a clear battlefield role. There are no duplicate hero pulls and no disposable units: every recruit becomes a lasting part of your roster.

【Formation Is Strategy】

Battles play out automatically on a 4×4 formation grid. You do not need to control every attack. Instead, decide who deploys, where they stand, and how skills, morale, class counters, and equipment work together.

Turn each defeat into information, adjust your lineup, and challenge the stage again.

【Keep the Agency Running】

The agency never stops after a lost fight. Automated commissions, buildings, research, expeditions, and the watchtower keep producing resources while you are offline.

Return with new materials, strengthen your heroes, and make the next attempt stronger.

Earn gear through battles and expeditions. Dismantle what you do not need, enhance useful pieces, reroll affixes, and combine equipment, runes, and set bonuses into builds that suit your team.

A hero’s role is not decided by a single stat; the right equipment can transform an entire formation.

Advance through a long campaign filled with chapter themes, tactical restrictions, elite enemies, and boss fights. As the frontier opens, unlock new heroes, systems, and upgrade paths.

When you want a different challenge, climb the Trial Tower and send squads on expeditions for extra rewards.
