Idle Agency is a single-player game about collecting heroes, building teams and growing at your own pace. Recruit companions and place them on a 4×4 board, then watch them fight automatically. When a battle gets tough, change a position, add a support hero or swap some equipment—and try again.

Turn your favorite heroes into team regulars.

Explore each hero's skills, class and growth path. Balance damage, frontline protection and healing. Levels, ranks, mastery and signature equipment give your companions room to grow. Some heroes also have animated portraits.

One team, plenty of ways to play.

Position heroes and guardian spirits on a 4×4 board, balancing frontline protection, damage and support. Class synergies and morale shape the fight. Check the battle report, see what worked and adjust your lineup.

Build morale. Watch your heroes go all out.

Five-star heroes unleash signature ultimates when their morale is ready, with character cut-ins leading into each skill. Lightning, magic circles and attacks across enemy rows give you plenty to watch—and plenty of reasons to rethink your lineup.

Small companions. A real place in your lineup.

Hatch spirit eggs, raise guardian spirits and place them on the 4×4 board. Positioning and hero class affinities shape their bonuses and combat echoes. Levels, spirit grades, awakening and glyphs make these companions part of your build.

Find good gear. Keep the affixes you like.

Collect materials, forge equipment and see what quality you get. Pick useful affixes, lock the properties you want to keep and reroll the rest. Then find the hero who can put each piece to work.

Let the agency grow at your pace.

Build resource facilities, research Academy upgrades, and arrange commissions and farming. Agency production accumulates while you are offline. Come back, collect your resources and prepare for another challenge. Item cards explain what materials do and where to find them.

Read your offline report and collect the resources and loot earned while you were away. As your team develops, upgrade team mastery together to spend less time repeating clicks and more time trying new builds.

Advance through the campaign and challenge bosses. Your first victory over a recruitable boss brings that hero into the agency.
